Refund -
Refunds are only provided if the product(s) received are damaged or wrong items are sent by us. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours upon receiving the order. Refunds won’t be acceptable after the stated time period.
Cancellation -
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. We do not entertain cancellations during delivery and won’t be able to provide any refund for it.
Product Care
Please note that the nature of our products is handmade so they might have minor imperfections.
Paper items are easy to care, they’re however not waterproof in nature. Please handle with care.

Payments -
Payments take place via online Net banking/credit card /debit card payments.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. We do not store any card or UPI information and as such, this information is not available with us.
